Aga Chojnacka-Al Atat

Aga Chojnacka-Al Atat is an expert in education, a trainer and consultant of the International Baccalaureate Organization and the mother-founder of the 3 Alternatives - Kindness, Curiosity and Creativity - Foundation. The Foundation supports children, parents and teachers in building relationships, programs and spaces based on these values. For over 20 years, Aga has been working with international schools around the world, since 2012, living in Asia (China and Malaysia). Aga's expertise lies in designing and creating environments, experiences and tools with/for schools that put their learners': needs, rights and potential first. To that end, Aga champions inquiry, building culturally responsive communities, life-long learning, agency by design, play as a way of knowing and the environment as the 3rd teacher. Privately, Aga is the mother of two amazing girls: Nina and Zoja, and the caring guardian of the dachshund Gusio. Aga loves books, tea and long walks.
